Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain proactive client communication to ensure satisfaction and promote feature adoption.

Provide hands-on training and consulting, helping clients maximize product use.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain a smooth experience.

Stay updated on product enhancements and contribute to product knowledge sharing with clients.

Meet performance targets and remain informed about market trends to guide client strategies.

Collect client feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.

Manage multiple projects, demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.

Demonstrate consultative support and adapt to diverse client needs.
