REMOTE - Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities
Represent clients in a variety of litigation matters, including civil, commercial, and business disputes.
Handle all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and court appearances.
Prepare legal briefs, memoranda, motions, and pleadings, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all written communications.
Advise clients on legal risks, litigation strategies, and potential outcomes throughout the litigation process.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, ensuring deadlines are met and clients’ interests are effectively represented.
Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as required (occasional in-person presence in Pittsfield and other jurisdictions).

Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts (additional licenses in other states a plus).
3+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on civil, commercial, and/or business disputes.
