Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of data science models and algorithms to solve critical business problems.
Work with large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and improve business decision-making.
Develop and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
Conduct data analysis and develop predictive models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate models into production systems and drive the adoption of data-driven solutions.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing leadership and best practices in analytics.
Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in the data science field, ensuring the use of state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and robustness of models deployed in production environments.
Implement data visualization techniques to communicate results and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Required
10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or other data science programming languages.
Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
Expertise in SQL and experience working with large databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data manipulation techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and data pipelines.
Solid understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex and ambiguous problems.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
