Responsibilities
Designing and Delivering Training Programs: Develop engaging and impactful training sessions for managers and staff, tailored to their needs and roles.
Managing the Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee content creation, tracking, and reporting to ensure efficient delivery of training materials.
Instructional Material Development: Create clear, professional, and user-friendly instructional resources to support ongoing education.
Coaching and Mentorship: Provide one-on-one or group coaching to managers, focusing on leadership, team management, and branch growth strategies.
Facilitating Training Classes: Lead virtual and in-person training sessions to support learning objectives and organizational goals.

Required
Experience in Training & Development: Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs.
Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS): Proficiency in managing and optimizing LMS platforms to support organizational learning.
Instructional Design Skills: Demonstrated ability to create engaging and impactful instructional materials.
Strong Communication Abilities: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Coaching Experience: Prior experience in mentoring or coaching managers to improve team performance and achieve growth goals.
Ability to Work Remotely and Independently: Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Learning & Development).
Preferred
Education/Teaching Experience: Background in education or teaching is highly preferred.
