Responsibilities
Gathers, documents and publishes user needs and requirements through reviewing existing documentation as well as direct meetings with stakeholders.
Prepares content for operations and procedures manuals to enhance management efficiency and effectiveness.
Produces a variety of diagrams that enhance a broad range of documentation.
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
Plans and leads major technology assignments.
Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
May supervise others.

Required
Minimum of five years of experience of relevant experience.
Experience in process analysis and modeling of complex systems.
Adept at identifying test cases that validate core functionality.
Produces a broad range of documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
Ability to establish strong working relationships with both technical and non-technical staff.
Preferred
SAFe and/or PMP certification preferred.
