Customer Service Representative - Remote

Responsibilities
Inbound call center, some outbound: Verifying eligibility, finding PCP, sending out ID cards
Average: 40-50 inbound calls per day, preferably each call under 9 minutes

Required
1+ years of healthcare experience required
Reliable internet (Can’t have T-mobile, isn’t compatible with their systems)
MUST be located in Washington
COVID vaccine required (medical/religious exemption accepted)
Preferred
Bilingual is highly preferred. Biggest need is Spanish but also looking for Russian, Ukrainian, Mandarin, Chinese, Vietnamese.
