Responsibilities

Partner with the product owner, internal customers, and the cross-functional development team to create detailed functional and technical requirements

Support the product owner and business systems analyst lead in prioritizing the backlog

Refine the backlog

Solve problems

Drive continuous improvement efforts

Work closely with other IT professionals, claims process groups, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and efficiency of our systems

Advocate for sharing and communicating information across the organization

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum two years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.

In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of two years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.

In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
