Required

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in business or public administration or closely related field AND three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience performing installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of PBX and data network problems in a large enterprise PBX and data network environment
Sixty (60) semester or ninety (90) quarter units from an accredited college or university AND five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience performing installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of PBX and data network problems in a large enterprise PBX and data network environment
Eight (8) years of increasingly responsible experience performing installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of PBX and data network problems in a large enterprise PBX and data network environment
Two (2) years as a Telecommunication PBX Support Technician II in the Kern County classification system
Qualifying experience must have been within the last eight (8) years
Valid California Class 'C' Driver's License is required at the time of appointment
