Responsibilities

Responsible for business development of the company's innovative drug projects in the United States and Europe.

Establish close ties with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, and investment firms to deepen cooperation at all levels.

Lead overseas business project negotiations, due diligence, and contract agreements, coordinate internal and external resources for comprehensive evaluation and selection of projects, ensuring smooth implementation from R&D to industrialization.

Summarize and analyze information from the overseas pharmaceutical industry, policies and news dynamics, providing timely and accurate reference information for company decision-making.

Participate in various industry conferences, develop and maintain a network of partners, identify overseas licensing opportunities (License out) and facilitate cooperation.

Required

Master's degree or higher, from renowned domestic/international universities in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields; experience in foreign research institutions, foreign pharmaceutical companies, investment banks, or fund management companies is preferred.

8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, experience in evaluating innovative drug projects, experience in BD projects involving overseas licensing or cooperation.

Familiarity with the pharmaceutical environment and innovation trends in Europe and America, understanding of new drug development processes, knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, and familiarity with Chinese drug registration regulations.

Strong English reading and communication skills, proficient in English literature and databases.

High sense of responsibility, strong team spirit, excellent BD negotiation skills, strong organizational and coordination abilities, and market insight.
