Responsibilities

Source, engage, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of finance positions, including but not limited to accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, auditors, and controllers

Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand job requirements and ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with business needs

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and market research to identify top talent

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit

Maintain candidate database and tracking systems, ensuring up-to-date candidate information

Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to placement
