Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clubs contracting Rush Tournaments.
Manage registrations, communications, and payments for assigned tournaments.
Track payment statuses and provide financial summaries for event stakeholders.
Utilize registration platforms (e.g., SincSports, GotSport, and 360) effectively.
Assist Tournament Directors with event logistics and execution.
Conduct outreach to potential teams via cold calling and communication campaigns.
Promote tournament participation and secure team registrations.
Attend assigned tournaments to oversee operations and ensure successful events.
Complete and utilize the Tournament Control document for event preparation.
Act as the liaison for key stakeholders, including:
Referee Assignors and Facilities Directors to ensure readiness.
Athletic Trainers and vendors like Pellucid Travel and Wilson Trophy.
Volunteer Staff to coordinate responsibilities and logistics.
Assist in managing Rush Soccer’s signature events like Rush Cups and IRCs.
Support integration of Rush Select programs into tournaments as directed.
Provide services for local Rush clubs’ tournaments, ensuring high-quality support.

Required
Minimum two years of involvement in soccer
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience with financial tracking and event management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with tournament registration platforms is a plus
Ability to travel for on-site event management as needed
Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a background check
