Responsibilities

Supervise bookkeepers and Sr. Accountants

Balance Sheet Cleanup and reconciliation including Journal Entries

Review monthly financials with clients

Payroll setup including integrating setup with QBO/Xero and register with different state agencies to get account numbers

Sales tax setup, nexus analysis, and filing

Bookkeeping - classifying transactions or researching transactions

Enter bills into bill.com, bank ACH, Melio, QBO AP or other software

Matching invoice and bill payments to keep AP / AR up to date

Other tasks to help out the team - based on skills and interest
