Responsibilities

Input and update data into various databases and systems.
Review and verify the accuracy of data before entry.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Organize and categorize physical and electronic documents.
Respond to data inquiries from team members and management.
Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Generate reports from database systems as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate data access.
Handle multiple data entry projects simultaneously.

Identify and correct data errors or discrepancies.
Prepare data files for import and export.

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience using data entry software and CRM systems

Basic understanding of database management
Capacity to handle sensitive information with professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities

Must be available to work during standard business hours

Preferred

Further education is a plus.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus.
