Responsibilities

The Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for one or more systems, or sub-components of highly complex product structures.
They are responsible for providing thought leadership and driving a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm.
The role is accountable for the respective product's branch/client experience that necessitates a systems thinking approach.
This individual aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of their product roadmap, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.
This work includes management of system plans and supporting artifacts encompassing resource requirements, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver on the promised business value.
This individual additionally serves as the primary contact for issues and escalations related to their supported systems, providing as timely resolution as possible.
This individual will additionally interact and align with adjacent product teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression of the department strategy.
This individual will develop and maintain team data and documentation within various tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and case management) to support metrics, estimates, and execution.
Offer expert guidance and coaching on tailoring an implementation of agile that nests well within the DInR Program.
This role will assist in the development and maintenance of metric-based reporting, KRI's, and KPI's through collaboration with the team, to provide scope, coverage, identify gaps, and areas for enhancements for DInR data security solutions and tooling.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or related field.
4+ years of experience within Information Systems Security, or 7 Years of Information Technology experience with a focus on security controls and processes.
Strong knowledge of financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, with emphasis on User and Entity Behavior Analytics, and Data Loss Prevention.
Proficient with common security products and tools, and capable of researching new solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities.
Ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and direct work in a way that maximizes both personal and team efficiency.
Teamwork / collaboration mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization and drive toward a decision.
A robust understanding of full-cycle software development within an Agile framework.
Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership.
