Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, and optimize content across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and emerging platforms).
Launch and manage paid social campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, user sign-ups, and user engagement.
Continuously analyze performance metrics and refine strategy based on results.
Identify and engage with key influencers (e.g., physician thought leaders, healthcare advocates, and health tech bloggers) to amplify our brand messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with these partners, ensuring our messaging and promotions are aligned and impactful.
Plan and execute event marketing strategies, including attending medical conferences, trade shows, and local community health events.
Coordinate booth presence, collateral distribution, and presentation materials in partnership with internal teams.
Develop and follow up on event leads, ensuring prospects enter the top of the funnel and move through the pipeline effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, sales) to ideate, develop, and launch integrated growth campaigns.
Help set measurable goals, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Conduct A/B testing on messaging, creative, and targeting strategies to refine campaigns over time.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, social media insights, email marketing platforms) to measure campaign success and inform decision-making.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.

Required
4 years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital advertising—startup or health tech experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, paid advertising, and basic marketing analytics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take initiative and ownership of growth projects.
Curious, data-driven, and highly adaptable to changing market conditions and priorities.
Passion for improving healthcare access, transparency, and patient outcomes.
Preferred
Exposure to healthcare, medical, or health technology fields is preferred but not required.
Basic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, basic graphic design tools) are a plus.
