Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of over 1,000 potential deals.
Regularly track and update opportunities to ensure consistent progress toward company goals.
Spend the majority of your time reaching out to new prospects through cold calls and other outreach methods.
Develop your ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers and generate interest in Dioun Health’s acquisition opportunities.
Conduct effective conversations to determine if prospects are a good fit for acquisition.
Convert at least 50% of engaged leads into actionable opportunities for the next step in the acquisition process.
Keep detailed analytics on pipeline size, call volume, conversions, and deal progress.
Use data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Work closely with the Founder and Head of Acquisitions to ensure seamless deal flow.
Support the team with tasks like CRM updates, email newsletters, and strategic initiatives.
