Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and useful videos to Salesforce customers.

Produce high-quality, accurate, and educational screencast videos - from inception to completion - to accompany technical and support documentation.

Work closely with script writers to edit and improve scripts, and ensure that videos are delivered on time

Create short how-to videos that address top customer issues and increase product adoption.

Required

3+ years of experience delivering how-to videos, preferably in a technical documentation or support environment

Advanced skill level in Techsmith Camtasia and Snagit

Experience creating short and engaging instructional videos

Solid in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and inDesign

Ability to create supplementary graphics that help explain complex ideas, while adhering to brand guidelines.

Strong project management skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to quickly learn new complex technologies

Ability to work with management to establish goals and priorities

Bachelor's degree, preferably in a design (graphic, visual communications) or technical field

Preferred

Voice-over recording and editing

Experience with CRM applications

Knowledge of how software teams function and how products are released
