Responsibilities
Analyze financial reports, trends, and opportunities to support business decisions
Gather, interpret, and evaluate financial information for forecasting purposes
Create financial models for future business planning, including new product development
Assist the IT Technology department with budgeting and variance analysis
Develop policies and procedures to support all finance activities

Required
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and trends
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Ability to develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in finance or related field
5-6 years of experience in financial analysis or healthcare finance
CPA certification or relevant professional designation
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance in healthcare
Experience with capital equipment purchase analysis
