Responsibilities
Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate discharge and secure nursing and delivery
Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new referrals
Secure upfront payment from patients and assist them in finding financial assistance when needed
Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims on hold and manage denial processes
Assist the Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of related experience
Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a high degree of quality focus
Strong customer service skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Previous healthcare or medical billing experience
