Responsibilities
Partner with RCM operational leaders to define system enhancements and test changes with IT
Monitor statistics and utilization metrics to identify and recommend improvements for assigned RCM modules
Create system design documents, including specifications and diagrams, to inform operations
Conduct in-depth testing and provide implementation support for system changes
Maintain integrity of robotic process automation scripts, including scheduling and troubleshooting

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, minimum 6 years
3 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, financial management, or coding
3 years of experience working within EPIC Revenue Cycle Management modules or similar RCM software
Demonstrated logical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Advanced PC skills in Excel, Word, Access, and EPIC
Preferred
Advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Five or more years of experience in Health System Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, or Analytics
Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Power BI
Experience leading work groups and presenting to leaders
EPIC HB and/or PB Resolute proven proficiency and/or certification
