Responsibilities
Engage with patients, referral sources, sales, pharmacy, and nursing to coordinate patient discharge and secure nursing and delivery services
Create, communicate, and obtain all required documentation for new patient referrals
Assist patients in securing upfront payment and direct them to financial assistance programs when needed
Support ongoing activities to ensure clean claims and manage denial issues through follow-up on missing paperwork
Assist Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as required

Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of two years of related experience
Ability to multi-task and manage numerous referrals and priorities simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
High degree of customer service skills and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Previous healthcare or medical billing experience
