Responsibilities

Define and execute growth initiatives aligned with company objectives
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through data analysis
Set and track key growth metrics and KPIs.
Design and implement growth experiments across the user journey.
Analyze user behavior and product usage patterns
Conduct continuous market and customer research
Monitor and optimize key metrics like CAC, activation rates, and customer lifetime value
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and design teams
Lead growth initiatives across departments
Manage experimentation and A/B testing programs.

Define and execute growth initiatives aligned with company objectives
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through data analysis
Set and track key growth metrics and KPIs
Design and implement growth experiments across the user journey
Analyze user behavior and product usage patterns
Conduct continuous market and customer research
Monitor and optimize key metrics like CAC, activation rates, and customer lifetime value
Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and design teams
Lead growth initiatives across departments
Manage experimentation and A/B testing programs
Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
Experience with product analytics tools
Proficiency in growth metrics and KPIs
Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making
Comfortable using product, collaboration, and development tools such as Figma
Experience with best practice agile scrum software development principles
Product management fundamentals
Understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles
Education: Engineering, Computer Science or Technical Degree Required
Experience level: 10 years

Preferred

Experience in SaaS or video technology
