Responsibilities
Define the vision: Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for A2Z Sync's enterprise data reporting platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Deeply understand our users: Conduct extensive user research to identify the data needs and pain points of internal teams, dealers, and external partners.
Champion data visualization: Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives that drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Prioritize and execute: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Drive adoption: Develop and implement strategies to encourage widespread adoption of the data reporting platform across all user groups.
Monitor and iterate: Continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) and gather user feedback to inform product improvements and iterations.

Required
5+ years experience working with or for automotive retail dealerships, with a deep understanding of their unique data needs and challenges.
5+ years of experience as product owner, with a focus on data reporting and analytics.
5+ years of experience using Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
A genuine enthusiasm for leveraging data to drive business growth and improve decision-making.
Preferred
Experience with SQL is a plus.
