Responsibilities
Monitoring contractual requirements for the Dental Business Operations and Fiscal Intermediary in the Fee-For-Service delivery system.
Monitoring the Geographic Managed Care system in Sacramento County.
Managing voluntary dental managed care contractors located in Los Angeles County.
Working with provider communication, provider outreach, program integrity, invoices, formal correspondences, projects, and deliverables.
Collaborating with IT, DBO, and FI vendors.
Attending meetings and/or conducting provider/staff training and contract oversight.

Required
Permanent civil service status, reachable on an employment list, have transfer eligibility, or have reinstatement eligibility.
Must take the exam if not eligible.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced and often changing environment.
Competency in using essential office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience providing a high level of customer service.
