Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user/consumer research studies to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

Create user personas, user journeys, and empathy maps based on research findings.

Design user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

Develop interactive prototypes for usability testing and stakeholder presentations.
