Responsibilities
Manage all Accounting Department functions (Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, Financial Reporting).
Ensure compliance with GAAP, funding regulations, and organizational policies.
Supervise accounting staff, including the Assistant Controller and analysts.
Prepare and analyze financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, budget variances).
Oversee internal controls, audits, and reconciliations.
Support external audits and regulatory reviews.
Provide financial guidance to other departments.
Maintain compliance with HRT’s Environmental Management System (EMS).

Required
CPA Required
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
Proficiency in any financial software and systems (e.g., PS Finance, Citrix)
Preferred
CPA or CMA preferred
