Responsibilities
Reach out to clients who have inquired about their benefits
Schedule appointments to discuss and review the benefits in detail
Conduct virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom, providing them with tailored insurance solutions
Guide clients through the enrollment process for their life, accident, and health benefits
Finalize report cards for each client after completing their benefits overview, ensuring clarity and understanding of their coverage options
Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns about their coverage

Required
Exceptional ability to engage with clients and explain benefits clearly and effectively over Zoom
Basic computer skills and comfort with virtual communication tools, especially Zoom
Dedicated to providing superior service and following through on client needs and inquiries
A positive, energetic demeanor that fosters lasting client relationships
Strong organizational skills to ensure productive and efficient scheduling and follow-up
Preferred
