Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for select clients, crafting end-to-end relationship symphonies that resonate with client needs and orchestrate timely, meaningful feedback to the account team.
Participate in high-stakes account planning discussions, aligning goals and strategies to ensure project delivery hits all the right notes.
Embark on client site missions to unearth new opportunities and nurture business growth through strategic farming initiatives.
Implement cutting-edge improvement practices and risk mitigation strategies, fine-tuning client satisfaction and project outcomes to perfection.

Required
8+ years of sales/commercial experience
At least 3 years of expertise working with US-based clients in the IT/nearshoring industry
Highly energetic persona with the social skills to build and maintain trust-based relationships
Based in the cultural hubs of NYC or the San Francisco Bay Area
Ability to make on-site appearances at client offices as needed
Native/bilingual English level, capable of communicating complex ideas with clarity and charisma
