Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.

Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Build and maintain data models to streamline analytical processes.

Apply statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.

Conduct A/B testing and scenario analysis to evaluate outcomes and optimize strategies.

Manage analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Document processes and findings for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, finance, and operations to integrate data analytics into business processes.

Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Proven experience in data analytics or a similar role.

Experience consulting with clients to provide data-driven insights.

Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.

Knowledge of ETL processes and database management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Knowledge of industry-specific analytics practices (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail).

Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or AWS Data Analytics Specialty.

Federal Experience is a plus.
