Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth for e-commerce platforms.
Optimize paid search, social, video, display and CTV campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Work closely with product, e-commerce, and merchandising teams to ensure Performance marketing strategies align with business objectives and seasonal outdoor trends.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and internal dashboards to track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Manage and allocate advertising budgets across channels to achieve business objectives while maximizing efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, emerging platforms, and technology related to performance marketing.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and best practice.
Suggest website enhancements to enhance product selling.
Understand website product performance and inventory position by item.
Suggest product promotions to maximize product sell through based on performance marketing data.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field or at least.
5 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Preferred
Knowledge of or previous experience in the Hunting, Fishing and Outdoors industry is an asset.
