Responsibilities
Sit in on interviews and meetings with lead recruiter.
Oversee and optimize the candidate tracking system.
Conduct candidate submission follow-ups.
Review daily alerts for new openings to find a match for candidates or great positions to work on.
Search for open positions to work on.
Screen attorneys virtually or by phone for current searches and/or other opportunities.
Assist with the revision of attorney resumes to identify suitable candidates.
Submit attorneys to open positions and track their submissions.
Send bulk emails/mail merges for open positions.
Assist in providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Write attorney cover letters.
Keep abreast of industry trends, legal market changes, and competitor activities.
Schedule candidates for interviews and add scheduled interviews to the calendar.
Send and request required attorney documentation.
Assist in supervising interns.
Other tasks as requested.

Required
Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of proven experience as a recruiter.
Tech savvy
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with the recruitment lifecycle
Organizational and decision-making skills
Superior attention to detail and active listening abilities
Ability to work in a team and independently
