Responsibilities
Brand Design: Develop and maintain the visual identity of Arch Capital Inc., ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and materials (print, digital, social media, etc.).
Graphic Creation: Design graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, ads, and other marketing collateral.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to produce creative assets that align with marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives.
Creative Conceptualization: Brainstorm and conceptualize new design ideas, exploring various design styles and trends to keep our visual communications fresh and engaging.
Visual Storytelling: Translate complex ideas and concepts into clear, aesthetically pleasing visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message to target audiences.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements and deadlines.
File Preparation: Prepare and format design files for print production or digital deployment, ensuring high-quality outputs and proper file management.
Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, iterating on designs to meet project objectives and expectations.
Design Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovative techniques to the table.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate, agency, or in-house creative environment.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
Experience with both digital and print design, with a portfolio showcasing versatility and creativity.
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong eye for design aesthetics and quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with teams and stakeholders.
Preferred
Knowledge of web design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
