Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and promote virtual travel events, webinars, and informational sessions
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute event materials, including social media posts, emails, and promotional content
Coordinate with guest speakers, industry partners, and travel advisors to ensure successful event execution
Respond to attendee inquiries, providing information on event details and registration
Assist with post-event follow-ups, gathering feedback to improve future events
Track attendance and engagement metrics, and use this data to drive marketing strategies
Support the development of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing event attendance and client engagement

Required
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work remotely and manage multiple tasks effectively
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Interest in the travel industry and engaging with clients
No prior experience in travel is necessary—training will be provided
