Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate calendars for the CEO
First line of contact for phone calls, emails, inquiries, etc. Must be able to filter, address and decipher what needs to reach the CEO
Always maintain solid business acumen
Ability to create presentations utilizing PowerPoint, Vizio, MS Suite, Google, etc., as needed.
Plan events with exacting detail and maintain calendars to maximize the leaders’ ability to fulfill their responsibilities.
Coordinate both off and on-site events for the team/s globally.
Create and maintain regular reports and ad hoc requests
Make complex travel arrangements
Handle expense reporting
Respond promptly to managers’ queries
Facilitate internal and external communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)
May be asked to run personal errands; prioritize appropriately to ensure key business functions are prioritized appropriately.
Work collaboratively with all members of the EA Group

Support the CEO and Board in Board meeting preparation and coordination, follow up, and document
Maintain relationship with the board members, acting as POC between CEO and Board, research as needed and key deadline management
High management caliber individual who is both gracious and comfortable interacting with internal and external Executives and Board members.
Solid career of success and meaningful impact, providing a high level of support over a stable amount of time. Preferred Fortune 500 Exec Support.
Strong sense of urgency and a 'sixth' sense of what will come. Anticipating and preparing for a range of situations is essential.
Expert working in a highly fast-paced, ever-changing environment at the Exec level and across the corporate landscape.
Manage multiple tasks while pivoting at a moment’s notice to address anything of higher priority as it develops.
You are an ambassador of 8x8, you must possess the gravitas to represent the CEO and the company with grace and efficiency. Fielding calls, inquiries, and other matters within the office of the CEO is a routine activity. You will use your strong business acumen to determine what needs to reach the CEO and what you can handle in his place. Ability to discern who gets what access to leadership is critical, along with the ability to say no gracefully.
You are highly confident, calm, and secure in all situations. Times will be fun, but times will also be stressful and high-pressure.
Ability to be trusted with highly confidential and sensitive information.
