Responsibilities
Financial Management: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and develop strategies to mitigate operational risks
Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across departments
Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze key performance indicators and financial metrics, providing actionable insights to the executive team
Strategic Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and scalability

Required
Significant experience in operations and finance leadership roles, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment
Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with organizational goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote working environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances
Deep understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
