Responsibilities
Partner with other members of the Transaction Services and Corporate Risk team to conduct pre-close due diligence
Lead P&C due diligence projects
Assist with the preparation of proposals
Write due diligence reports
Communicate findings
Effectuate strategy for P&C coverage

Required
5-7+ years of experience in Property & Casualty commercial insurance
Must be licensed in P&C Coverage and skilled in analyzing and consulting coverage for commercial accounts
Must have previous experience leading Due Diligence projects for P&C M&A
Previous experience assisting with proposals preparation, report generation, and stewardship reviews
In-depth knowledge of P&C policies, and market trends. (General Liability, Worker’s Comp, Commercial Property, Commercial Auto etc.)
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to drive business development and achieve revenue growth targets.
Willingness to travel as required to meet client and business needs.
