Responsibilities
Proactively develop a pipeline of qualified leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with Sphere's solutions.
Engage potential clients through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Measure success through the number of qualified leads generated and the conversion rate.
Secure and set up meetings with qualified leads for Client Partners, ensuring a deep understanding of the client’s challenges and how Sphere can provide value.
Track the number of meetings scheduled and the percentage that lead to proposals.
Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-ups and engagement strategies.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring smooth handoffs to sales teams.
Work closely with Client Partners and sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and contribute to continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with Sphere's offerings and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
Participate in role-play scenarios and share updates on market trends during team meetings.
Attend and participate in industry and technology events for networking and to capture leads and opportunities from in-person events.

Required
Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in technology, software development, or consulting industries.
Understanding of the technology consulting and software development market, including key trends and customer challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with learning and discussing technology-based products, and proficient in office tools like Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
