Responsibilities
AI Lab Setup : Develop and establish the GenAI Lab, including securing necessary resources, building a connected innovation network, setting up accelerators, workshops, and managed services. Ensure the lab is equipped with cutting-edge technologies and tools to foster innovation.
Business Development Strategy : Lead the business development strategy for the GenAI Lab, focusing on creating and executing plans for new service offerings, sales enablement, and customer engagement. Develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
Pre-Sales and Customer Engagement : Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our AI solutions can meet their requirements. Capture AI projects with customers as part of the GenAI Lab and work closely with the sales team during the pre-sales process to convert leads into successful projects.
Workshops and Events : Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and events to showcase the capabilities of the GenAI Lab and educate potential clients on the value of generative AI solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
Service Offerings and Sales Enablement : Develop and refine new AI service offerings, ensuring they are aligned with market needs and customer expectations. Create sales enablement materials and provide training to the sales team on new offerings.
Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the marketing, sales, and technical teams, to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution of AI projects. Provide technical expertise and support to teams involved in AI projects.
Innovation and Thought Leadership : Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI and related fields. Position the company as a thought leader in AI by contributing to industry forums, publishing articles, and participating in relevant events.

Required
8-10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with a focus on generative AI and innovation.
Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, including generative AI frameworks and tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience in developing and executing business development strategies and capturing AI projects.
Familiarity with sales enablement and go-to-market strategies.
Ability to engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Understanding of AI trends, technologies, and best practices.
Preferred
Preferably, experience managing P&L.
