Responsibilities
Accurately input employee hours, salary information, and deductions into ADP.
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll on a scheduled basis, ensuring timely payments.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax laws.
Generate payroll reports for management and assist in audits as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and benefits.
Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Work closely with the Payroll Manager and HR department to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
Provide guidance and support to new employees regarding payroll procedures and systems.

Required
Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Management skills
Experience in handling Payroll Taxes
Accounting knowledge and skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong numerical and analytical abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling payroll information
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
