Responsibilities
Develop and execute winning sales strategies to maximize profitability across a diverse range of seafood categories.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, such as price fluctuations, supply and demand imbalances, and emerging markets.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with global suppliers and buyers.
Negotiate and finalize deals with customers and suppliers.
Effectively manage inventory positions.
Monitor market trends, analyze data, and assess risk to maximize profits and mitigate losses.
Develop and implement robust sales strategies.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of sales professionals.
Set and achieve ambitious weekly and monthly sales targets.
Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports.
Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of successful experience in commodity trading.
Proven track record of exceeding profitability targets in a fast-paced trading environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex market data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong understanding of supply and demand principles, and risk management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant trading platforms.
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
