Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain complex Power BI solutions and dashboards aligned with business requirements.
Quickly understand and work with existing semantic models to ensure reports are efficient, accurate, and scalable.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including executives, sales, and project management, to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Document processes, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and establish policies for reporting and data usage.
Perform data transformations to integrate and prepare data from multiple sources.
Monitor and optimize Power BI resource usage to ensure seamless data refreshes and efficient reporting.
Provide end-user training, technical support, and guidance for Power BI solutions.
Work independently to identify and solve reporting challenges, ensuring high-quality and timely deliverables.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and working with tabular models.
Proven experience in working with complex semantic models and multi-dataset environments.
Strong proficiency in SQL/MySQL or similar database technologies.
Ability to independently analyze requirements, propose designs, and deliver solutions.
Experience with Power BI platform administration, including resource monitoring and performance tuning.
Exceptional documentation skills for creating SOPs, policies, and training materials.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage priorities without close supervision.
