Responsibilities

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the family office, including executive, administrative, and operational positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with high-caliber candidates through networking, social media, industry events, and other innovative methods.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the family office's values and goals.
Develop and utilize recruiting scorecards to assess candidates effectively.
Collaborate closely with family office principals to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Act as a trusted advisor and partner in the recruitment process.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from offer acceptance to onboarding.
Participate in the onboarding process, supporting the hiring manager in establishing a comprehensive 90-day onboarding plan.
Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in family office recruiting to ensure competitive advantage.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.

Required

3-5 years of family office recruiting experience
8-10 years of overall recruiting experience
Demonstrated success in recruiting for high-level and specialized roles within a family office or similar environment including providing onboarding support
Strong understanding of the unique dynamics and requirements of UHNW family offices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and stakeholders
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level candidates and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP)
