Responsibilities
Lead and drive delivery for benefit capabilities across the enterprise with a focus on specific lines of business (Medicare, DSNP, Medicaid or E&I and IFP)
Collaborate with a broader team of business and operational leaders, architects, and engineers on re-imagining the end-to-end benefit ecosystem
Identify and evaluate non-traditional and innovative approaches to benefits capability delivery
Manage and prioritize a backlog and roadmap of high impact work, clearly articulating business impacts of each initiative
Directly manage one or more strategic programs, aligning individual roadmaps to the strategic vision

Required
Background in healthcare
Experience in claim management
Knowledge of claim adjudication platforms
Experience in leading and overseeing the development, enhancement, and optimization of organizational capabilities across departments and functions
Ability to drive strategic initiatives
Experience in managing and prioritizing a backlog and roadmap of high impact work
Experience in directly managing one or more strategic programs
Preferred
Experience with specific lines of business (Medicare, DSNP, Medicaid or E&I and IFP)
Experience collaborating with business and operational leaders, architects, and engineers
Experience identifying and evaluating non-traditional and innovative approaches to benefits capability delivery
