Responsibilities

Runs daily Share Draft in clearing files.

Runs daily ACH posting file.

Reviews and processes share draft and ACH exception items; creates returned item files.

Completes daily ATM balancing processes for CU-wide ATM network.

Orders cash for remote ATMs and schedules armored car services for ATM servicing and cash replenishments.

Provides support to frontline staff regarding basic transaction issues related share draft, ACH, wire and ATMs.

Processes periodic requests for department related activities including but not limited to garnishment and levy requests, subpoenas, verify outgoing wire transfers, post incoming wire transfers.

Actively looks for and recommends process improvements.

Professional and efficient communications with all departments in order to promote teamwork and high quality member service.

Attends required meetings and training sessions as requested

Cross trained on one or more Deposit Operations duties such as ACH, share draft, ATM balancing and settlement and wire transfers.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Provides prompt, friendly and accurate service to internal and external customer.

Performs other duties as required.
