Responsibilities
Support Patient Acquisition Marketing (60%).
Source, manage, and track the performance of marketing initiatives aimed at driving new patient acquisition.
Coordinate creative asset trafficking with external agency partners.
Analyze campaign effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and support optimization efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts and ensure brand consistency.
Marketing Partnership Management (20%).
Oversee logistics of advocacy and brand awareness projects, ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the first point of contact for partners, addressing needs and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Seek new opportunities to grow the brand while maintaining existing partner relationships, ensuring excellence every step of the way.
Lead special projects, such as the Room at the Table initiative, to support advocacy and brand initiatives.
Marketing Team Support (20%).
Manage marketing materials, including swag, printed assets, and event resources, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Provide cross-functional teams with approved marketing information, such as performance data, templated collateral, and partnership assets.
Assist with project management and preparation for events, managing every detail with precision.
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to support marketing KPIs.
Track and report the impact of marketing campaigns, analyzing data to understand their success and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines.
Organize, procure, and track swag to enhance brand recognition and engagement.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.

Required
1-3 years of experience in consumer marketing, with demonstrated ability to connect with and support customer audiences using persona-based insights.
A proactive, optimistic approach to navigating ambiguity and turning challenges into opportunities for meaningful impact.
A timeline-driven mindset, ensuring internal and external partners receive what they need, when they need it.
An ownership mentality, taking initiative to identify and address potential roadblocks early to keep tasks on track.
Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to edit, refine, and polish work to align with marketing briefs and uphold high-quality standards.
Clear and consistent communication with colleagues, leadership, partners, and stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration.
