Responsibilities
Lead and Mentor: Direct and develop a team of tax professionals in delivering high-level tax planning and advisory services, orchestrating top down initiatives, and utilizing impartial decision-making skills.
Client Engagement: Manage and deepen key client relationships, providing bespoke tax strategies and periodic reviews.
Strategic Oversight: Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with client goals.
Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of legislative changes and emerging tax strategies to maintain leadership in the tax field.

Required
A minimum of 5 years experience in public accounting, focusing on tax services for high net worth individuals and businesses.
Must possess a valid, active CPA license.
