Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT product development, from ideation through launch and iteration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support) to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Gather, prioritize, and define product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.

Manage the product backlog and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features.

Oversee product testing, gather feedback, and iterate to improve product offerings.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product goals with overall company objectives.

Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, ensuring clear communication of product vision and value.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as an IT Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Trello).

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions based on business metrics.

Required Security clearance.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.

Experience in managing IT products in the [specific industry, e.g., cloud, enterprise software, cybersecurity].

Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.

Experience with UX/UI design principles and customer experience optimization.

Understanding of data analytics, KPIs, and product metrics.

Federal Experience is a plus.
