Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis on variety of topics to support the growth of RapidSOS

Research, explore, and design AI-driven solutions to optimize tools and automate manual tasks

Help gather, organize, and consolidate key data and resources into centralized systems to improve accessibility and efficiency for the team along with creating supporting documents (e.g. slide decks, Excel models, etc.)

Assist in developing tools and processes to improve data accuracy, streamline reporting, and define standards

Support in creating dashboards, reports, and resources to empower teams with actionable insights

Own a project (or multiple!) from start to finish alongside your mentor

Assist the team with additional ad hoc projects and analyses
