Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end machine learning production pipelines, encompassing data exploration, sampling, feature engineering, model building, and rigorous performance evaluation.
Leverage Python, R, and other statistical programming tools to create scalable and high-performing analytical solutions.
Translate complex functional requirements into detailed technical architectures and robust solutions.
Build and validate sophisticated statistical models and machine learning algorithms specifically tailored for healthcare applications.
Collaborate effectively within Agile teams to implement cutting-edge big data analytics solutions.
Create and maintain data pipelines that are not only scalable and repeatable but also ensure the highest levels of data security and privacy.
Develop clear and concise documentation and presentations to effectively communicate technical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required
Master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a closely related discipline.
5+ years of hands-on experience in data science or a relevant analytical role.
Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling and a strong foundation in statistical analysis techniques (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing, ANOVA).
Proficiency in Python and R, with a proven track record of developing and implementing production-ready machine learning algorithms.
In-depth knowledge of SQL and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets.
Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing platforms.
A strong understanding of statistical methods and their practical applications within the healthcare domain.
Experience with healthcare data analytics and a solid understanding of the healthcare industry landscape.
Preferred
Knowledge of high-performance algorithms and distributed systems.
Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Proven ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations specific to the healthcare industry (e.g., HIPAA).
