Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Strategy Development: Serve as the backbone of day-to-day operations, ensuring strategic alignment of business activities with company goals. Develop and refine operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Visionary Wrangler: Act as a key liaison between Shari Levitin and other executive members. Implement leadership goals and preferences concerning strategic decisions, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Management of Team: Lead, mentor, and support team members to ensure high performance and job satisfaction. Cultivate a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Calendar and Event Management: Manage the executive calendar, including scheduling business events, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal allocation of time and resources.
Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Take, qualify, and manage inbound leads and nurture relationships with both enterprise and SMB clients, ensuring responsive communication and high client satisfaction.
Business Development and Lead Conversion: Oversee the conversion of warm leads from various sources into Grwai leads. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closure, utilizing strategic tools like LinkedIn and Hubspot.
Contract Management and Deal Closure: Streamline contract creation and deal finalization processes to enhance transaction efficiency and legal compliance.
Swag/Gifting Program Oversight: Direct the design and distribution of client gifts and promotional items, reinforcing brand identity and client loyalty.

Required
Proven experience in a chief of staff role with responsibilities in account management and operational leadership, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
Exceptional organizational, strategic planning, and execution skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team in a high-stakes environment.
Strong competency in using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and proficiency in digital sales platforms like LinkedIn.
Experience handling high-net-worth individuals and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.
Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
